Q. I am not a beauty therapist, can i still come on one of your courses.
A. Yes you can, although you must choose a course designed for your level of training.
Q. Can i get insurance when i finish the course?
A. Yes if the course is an accredited course.
Q. Can i fail the course?
A. As part of the course you will be entitled to come back after a few weeks practicing at home and re-sit the final assessment for free. You can do this as many times as it takes.
Q. How much will it cost?
A. Each of our courses is individually priced, but the average is £100 + VAT per day.
Q. Are there any hidden costs?
A. While we try to keep costs down to a minimum, you will of course have to buy things like a brush to do acrylics. Each course page will tell you if there is anything you need to buy.
Q. Is there any after course support.
A. yes we are always at the end of the phone to offer support and advice.
Q. How long before i can start earning after i recieve my certificate and get insurance.
A. We advise that after completion of the course you go home and practice, practice, practice. Ask family and friends if you can do the treatment you learnt on them, and if they would feel happy to pay for the service you gave. When the answer is yes, go for it.
Q. I can't read or write very well. Can i still do your courses.
A. Yes, we will make sure that everyone gets the support and help they need and oral tests can be given instead of written ones if needed.
Q. How much can i charge for the treatment i learn?
A. We recommend going around the salons in your area and finding an average price. For example acrylic nails can range from £25 to £65 depending on where you live.
Q. So what are all the tests about?
A. We decided that because there was such a lot of anatomy and physiology to learn we would do some online tests to help out the students that learn better this way.
Q. How come I can't see the A&P pages and it asks me to login?
A. As soon as you start one of our courses you will be given a username and password for these pages. |
